Refund and Returns Policy
At Èclat Perfumes, we strive for perfection in every bottle. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is returned within 7 days of receipt.
- The perfume is unopened, unused, and in its original cellophane packaging.
- The product is in the same condition that you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been opened or the security seal has been broken.
- Products purchased during a clearance or “Final Sale.”
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
